I have cc3 3.43 installed.  I see all kinds of free things.  When I click on them it says I have to have Smart Gallery installed.  I have tried to install it for a week and nothing works.  No help from Reallusion.  How about a video from Peter.  When I load the hub I see an update for Smart Galley, I  click on update and get " the product does not exist.  I try to install the plugin and nothing happens.

The Smart Gallery is available to download from the Reallusion Hub. If it isn't already installed it will show "Install" in the Hub and you just have to click that to begin the installation process. Note: There is a separate Smart Gallery for both iClone and Character Creator. Do make sure you are trying to install the correct one.

To help us understand what is going on, the best thing you can do is record a screen capture video showing the steps you are taking to get Smart Gallery installed and post a link for it here. If you are not able to do that, please include screenshots showing the Reallusion Hub with all your products listed including Smart Gallery. Do also try to include screenshots of any error messages you get when trying to install the Smart Gallery. Thanks.

When I run "Smart_Gallery_Pugg etc" It does not install SG in CC3.  Nothing happens.

The error message mentions the update can't find Smart Gallery installed.

In this situation the best thing to do is try to uninstall Smart Gallery from your system and re-install it.

So in Windows 10 go to Start > Settings > Apps and then locate Smart Gallery Plug-in For Character Creator.  Now uninstall it. Then return to the Reallusion Hub and install it again, making sure to have Character Creator closed down when you install it. 

If you then still have problems, please post a screenshot showing the error message you get this time.

Some progress.  I did get SG installed.  I had to remove CC3 to do it.  I try to install CC3.  It does work.  Using [Removed By Moderator - Please Don't Post Serial Numbers On The Forum]  Says it does like the SN.  I try the one with Unreal and starts,  them puts up the directory with with the unreal plugins and stops.  I try the hub trys sn and says wrong.  Using CC3_enu and cc3 with 122 for Unreal.  What should I be using.  I have installed CC3 3.43 at least 5 times in the last 2 months and it worked.

Thank you for explaining more but unfortunately I'm more confused now because the original problem was about Smart Gallery but now you are mentioning Unreal.

I really think you should concentrate on one thing at a time and make sure  everything is working before moving on to installing other plug-ins. One thing that is clear is that you should not need to uninstall Character Creator to install Smart Gallery. In fact quite the opposite. Character Creator should be installed first followed by Smart Gallery and any other Plug-ins you may have.

So the question is now. Do you have a working Character Creator 3 and Smart Gallery or not? I ask because the first part of your post indicates you do and the last part indicates you don't, hence the confusion.

So as I mentioned in a previous post, it will really help if you can record a video showing what you are doing to install Character Creator, Smart Gallery or any other Plug-ins. We really need to see what you are doing because it seems you may not be following the correct methods to install which is causing these strange issues.

OK.  I have 3.43 working(finaly).  And erased the dispute with my MC.  You still have the $129.  I still don't see Smart Galley.  When I load the Hub it is not there.  When I go to installed files(control panel) it says it is installed.  When open cc3 3.43 the plugin is not there.  Peter a little more help.
