How do I use an image that has the person already smiling? Specifically, the teeth are not naturally cut when the model speaks, as opposed to a close-mouthed image.

You will have to touch up the original photo to place the lips over the teeth in a paint program.

This software is excellent for removing or adding smiles to photographic images, as well as countless other really useful features.
