Well I made it on time. I never thought I would be capable to pull something off this fast, what I learned today is never to give up. I may not have entered with the project I worked on for weeks on end, but I did learn the true power of Reallusion's software.
Here's the final result, there's only one thing I couldn't fix on time and that is the strange jitter in some of the shadow areas of the character. If someone knows how to fix this, please let me know, I would love to learn how to prevent jitter like this in the future.

Clothing doesn't conform right, so will have to go for a close up shot since weight painting will take me too much time. AccuLips at this point gave me - out of the box - a good result :D

I forgot that I bought two items some days ago from the market place, so only thing I had to do is change the material and hair is done.

I found some files on my USB drive that made me really happy, custom maps for the eyebrows (not the final file unfortunately, but this will have to do) and a Marvelous Designer file I was working on before my main project died on me. Since I don't know how my audio clip will turn out with AccuLips, I will leave the model as is and quickly wrap up hair choices and the MD clothing files.

Okay, not a total success but usable with some adaptations, I think that the pressure of getting things right without wasting too much time on each aspect is getting to me...

Instead of using the Headshot plugin's photomode as I did with my initial project, I this time decided to wing it and make the most out of the Headshot morph sliders, the Headshot morph sliders give a lot of control. Since Sarah's nose is kind of unique and I don't have time to install my sculpting program, I gave the edit mesh function a try to get it as close to the shape I need. Now it's time to give Normal Map Painting a try in PS.
