I am trying to get my cat into the Cartoon animator, and with the morphing and bones its working, though tedious. I was looking for a way to bring in a 3D head for the very same, but looking at the other tools like CrazyTalk or Charactor Creator, I can not get confirmation or find any source that tells me this is possible. has anyone got an idea on wether it is possible, and if so. How?

Cartoon Animator only creates 2D characters. So you can render an image of a 3D head in Character Creator 3, and then use this image to create a morph based head in Cartoon Animator. What you can't do is import the 3D Head itself or any other type of 3D meshes.

send to iClone first. Enable orthographic mode. Use clipping plane setting for the camera to hide unwanted parts of the character. You can then easily export the sprites from iClone in a way that works great inside CA.
