When I render video iClone 7 freeze or not responding when it get to certain frames (example: 299, 500, etc).   Sometime it work but most of the time, it will not work. When this happen iclone just close.  I'm using MSI laptop with Windows 10, 32 GB RAM and intel Core i7 processor.   I been using iClone since January 2021 and no issue until now.  Any help appreciated.  

To be able to help we need to know a little more information.

So please tell us which graphic card you have in your laptop and let us know the export settings you are using and if it is an Iray render?

Also does this issue affect all video export formats or just one? If you are not sure try rendering in MP4, AVI and WMV and see if the issue occurs with all formats. And if you are rendering HD resolutions, try rendering to a lower resolution and let us know if the issue still occurs then.
