Im sorry to say that I can no longer purchase anything from reallusion owing to none of the upgrades working on my computer. when it was just animator 5 it worked fine but as I see it, any upgrade for animator 5.2 means I would have to upgrade my computer at a big cost to me. I already have a i7 with more than enough memory, and I think we all should have been notified that 5.2 might not work before we purchased the program and all the actors and backgrounds that suit, regards vickiHi Vicki Have you contacted Support about the issues you are having? They may be able to help you resolve the problems without upgrading your PC.

I assume you run Windows 7? There was another post about this and apparently there is something in a specific Windows 10/11 DLL that is not supported in Windows 7. So this is not hardly RL's fault, especially since official Microsoft support for Windows 7 ended more than three years ago. EDIT: However, if the software is supposed to work with Windows 7 then a patch should be released because I also read that there is a solution of sorts.
