Typically animated props will have a placeholder image (i.e. a filmstrip in this case).
This is so that you can position it and see something to id it.
To activate the animated prop you must do a sprite change.
The sprites will be label with an S (start) or B (begin), an L (loop), and an E (end).
Always start with the S (or B) followed by the L for as many frames as needed, then end it with the E sprite.
