CTA 4 compatibility with store content that is marked with "Compatible with: CrazyTalk Animator 3.1 or above" ......

I recently purchased Cartoon Animator 4 (CTA4) and browsing through the content store I sometimes see content which is 
(only) marked as  "Compatible with: CrazyTalk Animator 3.1 or above" such as the 'G3 Components Face Maker"  ( https://www.reallusion.com/ContentStore/CTA/Pack/G3_FacialComponents/default.html ).  Are such products fully compatible with CTA4 or only the legacy product 
 Crazy Talk ? 

The same thing applies to the 'G3 Impressive Loops' package which can be purchased individually or part of the 'G3 Power Tools 2 bundle'    ( https://www.reallusion.com/ContentStore/CTA/Pack/G3ElasticMotions-ImpressiveLoops/default.html ).
