Settings in CC are mostly irrelevant. FBX format is not getting anything other than diffuse (base color), opacity and normal maps.
Complex DH shaders are basically tossed out on export.
While you can delete CC_Base_EyeOcclusion mesh before the export to have eyes to show up in Lumion (most likely the problem), your avatar would not appear anywhere close to the original.
Maybe it would be better to compose. Some users do a wonderful job with that:
