Hello guys I need help with CC3 to blender about T pose

I setup perfect T pose in CC3 and exported mesh with (T pose) selected
as tutorial

but when I import this T posed character to blender and press "rest position" it kept change to A pose not T pose.they just added 1 ketframe look like T pose from A pose.

I try to google around internet for hours there's no question or answer or tutorial for it. 

I can't use retarget animation because of this.
any help ??

It's a PITA to convert a Bind Pose from A to T for CC3+ characters. But it's possible with some effort.
You need to make two trips from CC > Blender.

There is more to it like saving character cloth /skin and reapplying before the final export from CC.

Here is a complete workflow to set both - Motion and Rest poses as a T-pose for CC3+ based avatars and make them ready for importing into Blender.
(or possibly to some other engines.. UE, Unity - I do not have any experience with those)
