Maybe you could find some at Sketchfab. I don't know if it's what your looking for or not but here's one link. I'm sure there's other Magna developers there. I don't think they are in i-avatar format. Here is a little picture with some old iClone "manga" characters.  They work in iClone7, but are not longer available in the Content Store. I think the best thing you can do is to create them in the Character Creator. Start with a toon figure and see what happens..... Then you have a very good quality. Best Regards, Arie

If you have 3D xchange you can use vroid modelle in iclone

Oh no, it's way too complicated to do, you have to go through a blender and do a whole lot of manipulations ... I don't understand that no one offers manga iavatar ...

The problem, you can not make flat manga eyes for CC otherwise i would develop and selling already . RL has no interesst to fix.
Since CC, iAvatars do not good selling more. therfore I whait for an update .
