I have been trying to find a way on how to achieve this by searching Google, Youtube, The forums, and i even saw threads of 2 videos here in the forums where they have a stripper dancing on a pole

They never told how they did it, and i am the guy asking how did they do it
 i am making a project and would really want to get this done.

I'm not aware of any full pole dancing animations but Daz3D have some pole dancing poses below which you could import. You could use these as a starting point but you would have to manually key the transitions between poses to create smooth animation. It will also help to understand how Reach Targets work for the pole so please check out the manual page HERE.

Not a pose that is a pole dancing animation in the screenshot i don't do poses unless it's for a promo picture for a project. I'm asking how to lock hands on the pole as done in them links i left in my op. I have a lot of dance pole animations i just want to apply the hand to stay on the pole until the frame where she lets go. I saw tutorials about reach targets and tried the methods but they did not work for what i was looking for

I got her to stay on the pole whew! Thank you for responding it's the little things that keep me going. For anyone that doesn't know just use reach targets, get a shape link to whatever person, prop etc. go to reach Edit Reach Target, click on whatever part of the character's body that you want to use for said action then click on the 3 button thingy's, check rotation, but if you like me wanting to move with the object being stationary then click both rotation and reach object
