Hi all

I'm having a strange issue with a deformation in the head morph. I wondered if I'd accidentally applied a displacement map, but I've checked this and it's not the case. I've also tried just reimporting a default head, but the problem persists even keeping all of the import options checked (e.g. overwrite morphs, textures etc.). Any ideas what is going wrong? I don't want to start again as I've done some work on the body mesh/morphs already that I don't want to lose.

Did you try and save the diffuse texture map of the head only? Try saving your project, and then open up default project again. Save the original default project head, and apply the new texture of the head your your project.
Then if that is the problem, all you have to do is redo the face and the body can be left alone. Also, highlight the avatar, and go to material panel. Highlight tthe head and lower the strength to 0. Then you can look at the head
