I thought others might be interested in this.
Humble Software has an offer on a 3D CAD bundle from Ashampoo. Not industry standard for CAD software, but it makes quick work for making a building.
They also have an Architectural and Kitchen Addon as well as part of the package.
It exports FBX and imports nicely into iClone 7
Humble Software Bundle: 3D CAD Professional (pay what you want and help charity) (humblebundle.com)

There is 4 days left for this offer.

So they have three different apps in the bundle. Is it just one, or all three, that can export FBX?

I donated US$25 & got 5 in the bundle.  Been playing with them & I think it's the best 3D value for your money in a long time.

To be honest, I haven't had a chance to go through the software in detail.
What is in the screen shot is from one of the samples that comes with the CAD software.
Just the CAD alone seems worth the money to me. Correctly dimensioned buildings.. nice.
Imports into Blender nicely as well, though the windows need some adjustment for the see through glass effect.
Cheers.
