Hello everyone
I have installed the whole suite of Character creator and Iclone, but the only plug in that does not install is Smart Gallery for Character Creator, how do I fix the problem ?, I uninstalled and reinstalled everything but I still get the same error.

Hi dprestino,
I think there are some errors in the process of downloading Smart Gallery for Character Creator.
Please refer to the following two methods to fix the problem : 

Method 1 :
1. Open the Settings in the Hub.
2. Click Installer Location in blue font to open the "installer folder". 
3. Run(double-click) the "Smart_Gallery_CC_Enu_rep.exe" file to install Smart Gallery for Character Creator.

If Method 1 still fails to install successfully, please proceed to Method 2.

Method 2 :
1. Please empty the "installer folder" mentioned in Method 1.
2. Click install in Hub, it will re-download the .exe file and install Smart Gallery again.

If the above two methods fail to install successfully, please contact Technical Support using the link below, we will help you to fix the problem, Thank you.
