Do i need to create blend shapes for unity with cc3.4 or there was any improvement on new versions? i also found this plugin on unity. But not sure if I need to create manual blends shapes with this one

If there any plugin in the store that I don't have to take the time to create blendhapes to make all work with the characters from cc3.4?
