4u2ges (7/29/2021)Just replace one Spot Light with GI Emissive and the trouble is gone.
GI is turned off - it was even worse with it ON, for terrrain and speedtrees. I'm not bothering to make another demo video, they won't bother to check it anyway.

But why struggle? Just replace one Spot Light with GI Emissive and the trouble is gone.

Suppose 9th light is out for now  No, it was and it's still there, was always there, driving me crazy - look at the girl's hair, 2:45, 3:08, and 3:53... As workaround I modified hair's physics to don't be flailing so much and in some sequences I adjusted the lights range and multiplier to "cover" the flickering. Even worse was for some trees... 
P.S @toystorylab - you know what I don't like? Seriously - the "Dynasty" sequence. It fits into the song, but somehow it's a dead scene. I cannot say I hate it, but definitely it's the one I like the least.
