I exported fbx from iclone and import it into MotionBuilder. Then I fixed the animation in Fcurve, then exported FBX. And I imported it into iClone, but the texture is weird so I export from 3dxchange but error appears. I tried another way. I saved the fixed animation fbx (from MotionBuilder) and saved as iMotionplus, but error appears again. Error is “failed to apply MotionPlus. motion data is incompatible with the target.”I captured the video. How can I import animation fbx from Motionbuilder to iClone?

I did define bone in MotionBuilder, and then I tried to connect bone in 3dxchange but it says error again.

In the scene tree on the right, in 3DXChange, it has all the name's of the bones. When you click the name of the bone in the scene tree, it highlights the bone on the skeleton in the main scene.
Double check by clicking the scene tree bones and then look at skeleton to see if bone matches the scene tree.
You may have a bone out of place or skipped a bone. The scene tree is always right. See if that helps.
