You have to get it as "Free", then you might have to sign-out and sign back in to see it in the Epic Launcher. 
It'll be listed in your gallery of assets, then install to Engine.

Some considerations:

1) It seems as if you can still only use the current slate of MH stuff - skins, eyes, clothes, etc
2) it will be limited to the current functioning of any previous MH
3) It looks AMAZING

Okay, so it might be playing with the Tracker to get ears and stuff, but it does work with general head morphs

Ahhh Nifty - so the Custom Mesh region thing you were showing Bassline can reduce the impact of any tracked imperfections be reverting to a regular MH type morph

Oh my God, what is all this now?

Wish I could read the comments under the photos but I’m on iPad so I get this junk. I’m only into stylized so I left MH behind a long time ago, need to investigate this.

Will it do big eyes, and stylized features?, and are you still limited to the standard choice of MH body types? It would seem so.

Need to wait till I get home, this iPad sucks sometimes.

It looks like when you try big eyes and ears, and then run the identity solve, it crashes UE5. 
So basically it is glitchy, but in premise it could be a working thing later.  It handled the big face well, just not the big features. 
Maybe we'll get lucky with tweaking our process, but it's new at this point yet.
But it can morph off of your CC morphs, for the head at least anyway.  Nothing for the body.  Also, the skin is strictly used so it can compute the face contours, the texture is NOT converted to a MH texture.
