nildoe (7/24/2022) @Tony - the only thing i can think of is that after the error I did come back to the project a day later... so year I had to turn on the pc since i always shut it down at end of the day.. pehaps that did the trick.. so weird..
thanks Tony.
Okay if it did come back now can you screenshot how it looks in UE when you import in the bones, with the "0" at the end? Or, can you use the previous problem-FBX file, like even if iC8 is FBXing now out without the issue, I'm thinking you actually still have the FBX file that previously was exported out wrong, so you could import that into UE and show us, or maybe even your Unreal project itself still had that original problem asset still in there with the renamed bone with a "0" at the end, and you could just screenshot that.

Not UE or Reallusion, but here's a person who recreated Love Death and Robots Jibaro character in Blender:

Hey - I keep my BPs nice and neat. π€ͺ Did you create a "white" cube with this BP ? :D Kind of.... I export the cube from Blender, the one that I keep getting whenever I load a Blender scene. As far as I know, the only way to clear that cube out of your Blender scene is to export it out of Blender into Unreal. I make sure I have the proper paperwork and passport documents for my Blender Cube to go to Unreal, that way customs does not fuss with it, nor does it get held up during the export process. As far as the BP, I mean, if you're going to import from Blender into Unreal, you may as well honor the brilliance of that tool and make its cube look fancy with a nice super complex "white cube" shader in Unreal, you know?

This is so cool. At first I was wondering how they got the mesh, but then seeing the video and comparing the Blender mesh vs the actual show's character, you see several differences. Awesome!
