Yeah, been there, done that, bought the t-shirt.
First of all, make sure you are up to date on ALL programs (you can see what updates are available through the Hub, which is where you should be installing this plugin). if the Hub is closing before your install finishes just restart the Hub and do it all over again. You may have to do this multiple times.
If none of that works try reinstalling the Hub and/or iClone itself. It might sound bad, but you can actually uninstall and reinstall (all through the Hub, don't do it outside of that) without losing anything, although it's always recommended to backup your content (particularly custom content, which you should be backing up anyway).
If none of that works then file a trouble ticket with support. They are working on at least the gloves Rokoko plugin and they might be working on the suit one as well (there are issues).
