Hi everyone

I bought CTA 4 today. Whenever I try to install it wether directly in the file containing folder or by launching the installation through reallusion hub an error occurs saying my serial number is not correct.
I took the serial number from the website and tried it in different variants: 12345-12345-12345-55 or 123451234512345 or 1234-5123-4512-34 but nothing worked. I also enabeled the program its way through the firewall, without any success.
Anyone an idea

Hello there! When you say you got the serial from 'the website', do you mean from your member account?
Try this,  log into your member account, then select  software registration. Depending on your purchase history, you might find a list of software you purchased. Select CTA4 and where it says Serial number, select resend, and enter your reallusion account password at the prompt.
This should send you the serial number to your email. Once received in your email, copy and paste during CTA4 installation.
