So I have learned that by using the world move dingle (

) at a certain spot, you can move characters and items from one point of the timeline to another. Great! But I have a persona that's a cockroach which I want to move from far to near, running towards the camera. I have tried using the dingle with it, but the animation motions get in the way. They force it to stay still until the very end, then it moves REALLYFAST to its target. I HATE using paths, because they won't go straight. Every time I try to use a path and pull it towards the camera, it curves down instead of going in a straight line. That, and I have to have forced perspective to make the roach really big, because the presets don't let me change its actual size, and running along a path makes it its actual size.
Why isn't my cockroach moving towards the camera as I have tried to set it on the timeline with the dingle, and how do I make it move its legs as the animation does, but ALSO move towards the camera at the same time, WITHOUT paths that screw up every time I try?
Thank you!
