If you are using iClone 7 or Character Creator 3 you can use the built in renderer or optionally the Iray plug-in. The built in renderer is accessed by going to Render > Video or Render > Image (for CC3) and is very fast compared to Iray but with the correct lighting and atmospheric settings you can get excellent results.

Please Note: Iray rendering may not always render everything in your scene (PopcornFX for example) but it doesn't delete content so you certainly shouldn't need to reinstall anything afterwards.
