This has been discussed before on another thread but I want to see if there was some solution that has come up to fix this issue. When creating a new character, and you get all the bones and Sprite aligned in composer mode, going back to Stage mode I find the character sprites have moved substantially. It looks like the character is partially collapsed. What I have to do is go back and forth between stage mode and composer mode for about 4 to 6 hours adjusting the bones and Sprites so that when you go into Stage mode, the character looks correct?

Sorry to hear that but I've no such problem in creating characters.

I tried something last night that may fix the problem. What's happening is this what I import the animation either from the Rococo or one of the canned animations into my character, the character breaks apart. It's as if the animations are designed with human proportions in mind and that's not what I'm using. So I went and looked into the manual and saw that I thought I use the G2 characters for the G3 plus characters, I can modify the body shapes more easily. Since I'm going to be using Sprite face characters anyway this seems like a better solution than trying to use the QI 360 characters as a model base. I did some experiments this morning and it seems to hold that I'm able to modify the characters and get them into their proportions that I need them to be in. The issue that I was having with the models breaking apart I think was mostly due to the trying to modify the skeletons for the chi 360 character. I was able to modify the skeletons in composer mode but when I went to the stage mode and apply the animation the characters ended up breaking.

Ok, I've found a correction and workaround to the wonky animation issue.  I created a new profile in Rokoko based on the 2d animated characters' proportions.  I did this by manipulating a photoshopped image of myself holding an 8' ruler next to an enlarged .jpg of my character.  I stretched my proportion in PSCC so that my hips, knees and arm length matched the 2d character's proportions and with rulers measured where the knee measurement fell.  All these body measurements were fed into a special profile in Rokoko Studio.  Now, when I activated Rokoko Studio, the animations fit the animated character's movements without creating the ugly stretching that was occurring from a straight mocap import.https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/d6a5b091-1341-40d4-9db1-5de6.jpg
