Could you help me to test importing to Hitfilm?
Regarding the transparent video, you do not have to use isolate selection. 

Filmora seems does not to support transparent video.
You have to use the Chrome Key as green background to remove the background.

That is the green screen edit.
CTA4.5 did not render the video in transparent background.

Edit:  It works in HitFilm Express but not in Filmora.
