I've been using character creator and headshot for quite some time and generally there are relatively decent results right off the bat, with some adjusting that has to be done, but never before have I had a perfectly fine photo (Front facing, relatively neutral expression and lighting, and 3000x3000 res) like this generate such a horrendous outcome. The face and jaw are far too wide with the neck not only being far off center but...everything about this initial generation is so bad that even after tweaking, I can't get anything resembling a good result. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? Do you know what sliders to tweak to fix the massive right side of the face? Thank you in advance!https://i.gyazo.com/db092fcd8c338b9c3fb57fc2f7c47b49.jpghttps://i.gyazo.com/830c33265b7ed72a9105124c5efbc21d.jpg

Hair down the side will always be an issue -- you say the photo is good but this one defect is a big one.

It's far better to have a less front profile image as long as the hair stays off the side of the face.  If this were me the first thing I'd look for is another image with the hair up or pulled back.  If this is simply something off the web I'd forget about it and try for something else.  Is this is someone you know, reshoot the picture.

This is a quality, clean and straight picture. Very easy to fix in image editor by mirroring her left side to the right and cleaning hair part a bit.
The rest is just morphing.

Gosh the other day Guy has mentioned Face Maker. There at least we could a contour a face shape. Headshot is suffering from bulgy template it seems. You can never get a skinny face. You have to morphs it. Incidentally, Auto mode does whole lot better job sometimes :Whistling:

Oh well, good old days lol, I have not done that for ages!
iClone 6 > facemaker over Gwynn (from OP screenshot) > Indigo
She might not look exactly as original, but at least she is beautiful from get-go
