I'm still pretty new to Character Creator 3 and I'm a bit confused by the way jackets and coats hang on a person, especially on the chest. I created the render below specifically to illustrate this point. The jacket should really just come out and then come straight down. Instead the jacket acts like skin tight material, which it shouldn't. How do I fix this? It's probably pretty easy I'm just a newbie.

Weight physics are, in general, NOT easy.  Particularly here -- they are easy when they come to free hanging things like skirts and scarfs, but things that DO conform to the body but you want a *bit* of hanging down can range anywhere from fairly easy to impossible.

Learn how to use physics weight maps and then you can decide for yourself (each item of clothing, depending on how it's made, determines how the physics maps can be drawn).

Oh -- perhaps I should note this may not be a physics issue.

It might just be how you've set conform.  You can turn conform off, you can "loosen" it up, you can do all sorts of things.  When you put that jacket on the character it *should* ask if you want it skintight -- just answer "no" and that might solve all your problems.
