So, is it just me or are all the strides in both Motion Puppet and premade motions WAY too short for actual running? I have some characters running away from enormous cockroaches, and nobody in that position would shuffle-run to get away from THAT! It's kind of a surprise to me, considering the program is mostly used for video game creation, and video game characters are very seldom in safe situations. I need my characters to practically leap-run. I've tried setting a motion puppet run, then manually resetting their legs to go wider, but that just results in really weird skip-jumps. Is there a way at all? Thanks!

Helloy, It seems to me that Iclone is for short shot scenes, so its focus is exporting to Unreal or Unity.
Me parece que Iclone, es para escenas tomas cortas, por eso su foco es la exportación a unreal o unity.

I've been reading that a lot. I already paid a TON for my computer, $250 for Character Creator and $250 for iClone. I'm just not wanting to pay ANOTHER bit of hundreds for a program that only adds a few tiny things to my abilities. It's kind of getting ridiculous at this point.

Try Mixamo motions. No insect would catch that Those motion were all converted to iMotions and posted here more than once. Recently too I think (try searching forum or google it).

@jessicalcrichton Try "Modify" the clip and adjust exaggeration, I think it would solve your problem - it's a powerful tool.

"Modify" clip and Modify motions at the Motion Puppet window was a great idea... with one little exception. Those loop run and walk motions are uneven. They lack a perfect mirror symmetry between left and right legs. So once you start exaggerating and sliding other controls, those little inconsistencies are getting blown out of proportion, making motion loop look terrible. https://forum.reallusion.com/FindPost410175.aspx
On the other hand user RobertoColombo made interesting mod where you can add your own loops into the puppet window. https://forum.reallusion.com/307862/My-XMas-gift-for-the-whole-RL-community?PageIndex=1 Sadly, it has stopped working after some iClone update...
RL should really pay more attention to fixing / adding tools to iclone instead of... oh well... :Whistling:

In 2019, I converted over 2300 Mixamo motions to iClone. Maybe you might find a running motion there that might help you. There is a place online for motions for iClone and others. It is called Mocaponline.com. They have a free demo of 10-15 motions for iClone. I have downloaded them before. They also sell packs of motions. You might find what you are looking for.
