This is my second attempt at working with the iPhone Facial Mocap plugin. Although there are some sync issues that I need to fix but raw out of the box I think it looks much better than what I got with the previous version of the plugin.

Very inspiring! can you use Acculips for singing, or only speech?

Thanks! I too thought it was inspiring but far from perfect. I tried Acculips for singing but it didn't work. I sure if I did some editing to the viseme track I could get more accurate lipsyncing. That's a lot more work than I am presently willing to do right now. But it was fun playing around with making her sing!
