I am using Google Translate and audio like a Text To Speech. I used Bandicam screen recorder to record audio. Then I used 4Media Ultimate Video Converter 
(you can record audio from video) to convert. These are Try Before You Buy and work great. 
You get 10 minutes of screen recording with Bandicam Logo.
You get 3 minutes of video or audio recording with 4Media. That is more than enough time to record your speech.
With 4Media, you put your video or audio in and then you can choose to record starting at, let's say 4:39 and only want to record 10 seconds from that point.
You just type in the number where you want to record and how long, and that's it.
So simple.
