This is an old topic - but I also feel like I've just been scammed - years after it was obviously raised above. The answer from the forum manager is woeful too. They're obviously misleading people, when you read their marketing for this thing:
"Flexible output formats allow you to export your projects for use with other professional software."

Theres 3 formats, 2 of which only work in their products and the third is just the mask.

If you wish to use popVideo Converter with other video software then the mask video is the key. If you are new to Chroma keying and video editing this may not seem much use, but by using the original source video with the popVideo Converted mask video you will have everything you need to create perfect transparent background effects in almost any other video software.

Obviously if you wish a refund then of course you can at any time in the first 30 days after purchase, but I would give the mask video option a try with your other video software first to see if it meets your needs.
