Main window shows a mesh sphere which I can’t get rid of but it doesn’t render fortunately but its still driving me nuts as it wasn’t there until yesterday.
What’s causing this issue?

It's the range of point light. If you hide the light in the Scene Manager, the range indicator will be hidden. ;)

simple way to identify the source of this problem, hide everything at your scene, and show one by one, you'll see the guilty, btw, your image can't be opened on my computer
