Well then, you should read what I crossed out. Current official release is having a problem with newest RTX 30 series. And RL is working on a fix. That is why there is a beta available by request. There is no problem rendering with RTX 20, or older GPUs.

browne.dave2 (3/1/2021) 1.14 according to the Hub. Maybe I should try the beta?It isn’t going to fix the crashing but it’s much much faster. However still not fully using the GPU to render in the way it should.

You have to wait a bit. RTX 30XX adapters are not currently supported. Support for latest NVIDIA GPU is coming with next iClone/CC release (soon I hope).
Wait... Are you using a beta release of some sort? Well, beta is beta, you should probably seek support from RL.
It seems like it’s not a beta release issue since the guy above me isn’t using the beta version.

What’s your PC specs? There has to be something we can do to fix and help others in the future. Might be hardware incompatibility or software conflicts in the background.

Welcome to my world. I asked about this last week over here: Crashing software while rendering frames of an animation using the Iray plugin (reallusion.com)Back and forth with support for several days now. I had some success by removing items from the scene. Although when I applied a physics sim to elements in the scene - cloth and some short hair - it would crash when rendering again.
