Thanks for the reply. I think you are misunderstanding the problem. I want CC3 to export the animation at 30FPS, There is an option to do this in the export dialog. The problem is that it still exports at 60fps. I know I can get UE4 to resample them to 30FPS. That is an option in the UE4 import dialog window. I still want CC3 to do what it is told to do.
Also, Since you linked to the UE4 project settings, I would like to point something out that I discovered earlier. This might be helpful for some.As expressed in the official tutorial video on using LiveLink and recording your animations in UE4, you want to set the fixed framerate to 60FPS. However, if you are packaging your project for mobile, such as an Oculus Quest, you want to disable using fixed framerate, once you've captured your animations with the UE4 recorder, otherwise, the animations will probably playback at the wrong speed, something akin to slow-motion.
