Is it possible to make a stereoscopic VR camera with Python similar to the Blender add-on for a 3d VR camera in Eevee?

Someone created a rig soon after Eevee's 360 camera came out but it was difficult to set up for someone not familiar with Blender.  But now I see someone made an add-on that people can just download.
Is it possible to make something like that in iclone?

In case anyone else went to public schools like I did:

Now that I know what it means, I can't answer your question.

it seems like a redundant request that mixes technologies,  as stereoscopic is one option in iclone -  that's the one with the special 3D glasses, and the green and redish render,  but then you have VR which is a different tech that does 360 -  it's not logical to use them both together because then you'd have to wear 3D glasses in a VR viewer.   - Throw on some scuba gear with flippers to get the full effect! By this observation,  I think op means a VR 360 camera controller.
