Hopefully one day when RL gets rid of 3DX and moves its functionality to CC, we would be able to apply this to CC characters.
Until then, if you really need to have a bouncing butt, or stomach, here is one, fairly simple way of doing it for Non-Standard characters with cloth.
For DAZ characters, I'd advise to run them through the Transformer in CC first.
Some experience with Blender is a must.

Not fully detailed to perfection, but would give an idea how to do it:

I certainly agree with you, much better to do anything with characters through CC and not 3DExchange and I also love using Blender to make the models I want.
However, I just want to say that I also still love using 3DExchange for the models I make that are not character things. Mainly props I want to make is what I like using 3DExchange for.
I know its possible to not need 3DExchange for them either but I still prefer to use 3DExchange for them so I hope that Reallusion keeps them. I certainly think people should be able to  do things however they want and if someone doesn't like using 3DExchange then I think its good for them to be able to do whatever they want in other ways.

All I mean with my statements here is that I highly like using 3DExchange so I still want it for myself. Maybe some other people like it too......I don't know.
But at least I sill want it so I hope Reallusion don't take it away that causes me to loose it.

Not saying anything against what you want 4u2ges. I certainly think everyone should be able to do whatever they want in any way that they prefer to do the things they do.
I just hope I can keep my 3DExchange for my own preferences of using it. I also hope that you can get new methods that works in ways that helps you to prefer how you want to do things.

I wholeheartedly agree. I also want to keep the functionality of an enhanced 3DXchange (64-bit and PBR). A lot of its functionality wouldn't be suited for CC, which doesn't support animation.

BTW, someone else is also working on a body-spring project: https://forum.reallusion.com/471976/Spring-Project-Whole-body-Model.

Thanks for comments. In relation to 3DX. I should have probably said split the functions between CC and iClone. But it does not matter much.
Someone from RL (or close to) mentioned in the past the reason why 3DX cannot ever be converted to 64 bit app.
Had something to do with licensing for certain modules.. cannot remember for sure.
Anyway, partially duplicating functions like import/export from 3DX to CC/iClone, which work differently, have different bugs at different times and keep patching it is not the way to go into the future.
And yes, that awful UI... I do not think many people would disagree, that in its current state, 3DX is dragging the entire RL suite down to the era of IC5.
