Hi everybody, long story short: I am working on a project that requires to facial track an actor and retarget his performance on a 3D model. The 3D model has been created in CC3 and exported as an FBX for Cinema 4D. They didn't use 3DXchange to refine the rig, they simply produced an FBX straight from CC3 that includes all the pose-morphs to animate the character. My first question concerns the type of 3d model we ended with in C4D. Basically there is no classic rig for the face, in fact the last bones are those of tongue and teeth, there is just a series of morphs that can be animated individually, but I would like to know if there is any way to export a character from CC3 including the "bones" for the facial expressions. In other words: Is there a way to export a classic rig from CC3 to Cinema 4D including all the animated facial features?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Bests,
Federico
