I have the same problem after install the Character creator pipeline v3.3 extension, the character creator cannot be open.75% of original size (was 670x19) - Click to enlarge
Note: the error number is different on each time I open, but the same message
I am using Windows 10 20H2 64bit, AMD R950x, Quadro RTX4000, 1000GB SSD, 64GB RAM. DirectX 12, and the NVIDIA graphic card version is 27.21.14.6289 released on 12/11/2020

Unfortunately, Quadro cards are not officially supported. I don't know if that is your issue, though.

I am also having the same problem what is causing this? I have met all the requirements and drivers are all up to date
