Sorry to hear you are having problems launching Character Creator 3.

Please ensure your system is fully updated and graphics drivers are all up to date. If you still have problems after doing that, please let us know your system specifications including graphics card. Thanks.

I have the same problem after install the Character creator pipeline v3.3 extension, the character creator cannot be open.https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/ae066640-b3f6-4dcf-9206-50c0.png
Note: the error number is different on each time I open, but the same message
I am using Windows 10 20H2 64bit, AMD R950x, Quadro RTX4000, 1000GB SSD, 64GB RAM. DirectX 12, and the NVIDIA graphic card version is 27.21.14.6289 released on 12/11/2020

Unfortunately, Quadro cards are not officially supported. I don't know if that is your issue, though.
