Just received my Stream Deck today and I don't know why but the hotkeys on my Stream Deck doesn't work, I mean I assigned them with the Stream Deck app but when I press the button of my Stream Deck, nothing happen, It's so strange because it's working with 3dsMax/ Dacinvi and all my softwares .. Just wondering if there are somebody who have a Stream Deck and can confirm that it's working with iCLone shortcuts?

hello, simple keyshorts I tried like F3, Ctrl+F, Ctrl+, ctrl+m
When I press the buttons nothing happen.
Have you the Stream Deck with 15 buttons?

I have the "regular" Stream Deck (there is a mini and a huge one). All those hotkeys work fine for me with it. You are using the Hotkey Action and NOT the Hotkey switch, right?

Ok thank you for the info! I can tell you that I'm using the "Hotkey" button under System (I don't see "Hotkey Action " but only "Hotkey ")

I meant using only "Hotkey" and not "Hotkey Switch". In any case, since it works for me I'd suggest you try reinstalling the latest Stream Deck software and try again. It's not iClone, that's for sure.

I uninstalled and installed multiple of time and same problem, all my hotkeys of iClone doesnt works, only hotkeys for opening a website link and other things not related to iClone works...

I guess you could try uninstalling and installing iClone again. Do you have any other RL products, like CC3? Do they work? Otherwise I'm stumped -- SD isn't rocket science, it just sends keystrokes to the active program. There's no particular advanced stuff involved. You might try asking on a SD forum.

It's working great with my 15 buttons Stream Deck. I use it to get access to my shortcuts much faster than with keyboard
