Hi everyone,

Hoped someone had a simple answer.  I created a character using custom assets I built and assembled a character inside CC3.  All textures are set to PBR.  I tried to export the file but I consistently get a failed export when I try to do a instaLOD mesh merge.  Is there a solution/workaround for CC3 that will allow the mesh merge to operate?  Attached are my settings:77% of original size (was 655x19) - Click to enlargehttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/8900f46f-e975-413f-becd-4e95.jpg77% of original size (was 655x19) - Click to enlargehttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/e3b1a1ed-45ab-4e02-800f-4a28.jpg

I found a solution that may be a bug.  I had to copy my normal channel on each asset, delete it, and repaste them as greyscale.  Then I was able to export the FBX file using merge mesh.

same thing happened to me. You can also save the normal from right clicking it and save and then load that normal back into the slot and its fixed.
