If the issue occurs with different browsers then it would seem likely that the issue is a local system issue. We also don't have any other reports of problems so again it seems the issue is related to a computer setting, possibly with your security settings which may be blocking access to our servers.
Are you perhaps using a proxy or vpn connection? If so this may have something to do with the issue so try turning them off temporarily to see if it makes a difference.
If you continue to have problems you can contact Support by email using support[at]reallusion.com although it may take a little longer to get a reply this way.
