Help? πŸ˜› I've generated a lot of images and some video and I'm running out of disc space. I used a neat (free) utility called Top100Files to identify my biggest targets for deletion, and some of the biggest are in my AppData....Reallusion...RLDownload folder. I have two questions I hope you can help me with: (1) Now that these applications are installed, can I delete the RLDownload files? (2) If I migrate my work to a new PC, does this require me to use up one of my 3 Reallusion CA -allowed installer downloads?

(1) The files are no longer need, so they can be removed. However, I would suggest moving the install files to an external drive. In that case, if you need to reinstall you can use those installation files, provided of course that there hasn't been a newer version of the application.

(2) If I understand your question correctly: You can always migrate without losing an install seat by uninstalling on the old PC while connected to the internet, which will free up a seat.

Hello, I would like to know more about reinstalling the cc3 ic7 and other software.
I refresh my OS from time to time to rid myself of registry clutter and the like. If I have all Realusion software installed on a different drive than the OS It is easier than on the OS drive?
If you could explain the seat part I would be grateful for that too. Thanks for your time!

If refreshing your OS means reinstalling it from scratch, you would need to reinstall iClone as well because you would have eradicated your registry. This is independent of where you have iClone installed.

You would not have to reinstall your content if it is not on your C: drive. I have all my content on a separate drive which is good practice because of the size needed over time.

RL products such as iClone and CC can be installed on two systems. Each installation is equivalent to a "seat". If you uninstall an RL application while connected to the internet a seat will be freed and is available again for reinstall.

You can check on the Registration page of your RL user account on which systems a particular application is installed, by clicking Details.
If there is some calamity such as a hard drive crash and you need to reinstall, you can free a seat manually by clicking Deactivate Now:
