I brought in this Daz Hair and applied it to this CC3+ Character.  As you can see from the image the bottom part of the hair stays stuck as I turn turn the head. I tried to make some adjustments using the weigth painting in CC3 but I seems to make it worse. Is this a weight paint issue or something else?  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?
