Hi, since I unfortunately don't get any replies on my questions I sent to the support department, I just gave up on that. I would like to give It a try here. Maybe someone here can help me out. I'm following the tutorial on the 360 head creation. The one where a G3 head is being replaced with the Angry Bird character. When I purchased CA4 it came along with a lot of content, but these files seem to be missing. Does anyone know if the Angry Bird head and different parts are somewhere available for download? It's much easier to follow tutorials with assets available. Thanks for your help everyone!

If you want the actual image parts used for this character it can be sent to your PSD editor if you have the Pipeline version.

Thanks again. I found it earlier. I think I have to get used to the fact that the parts mentioned in the tutorials cannot always be found in a folder but can only be accessed from within the program. I manually exported some parts from Photoshop to PNG in order to get the 'hang' of the tutorial. Further I discovered that some tutorials are a bit outdated and sometimes don't apply to the different approach of CA4. Despite the fact that the basic approach of CA4 is fairly simple, I still need to invest quite some time to use the software in order to animate my own characters, but I will get there ;-)
