So I am planning to buy the Ultimate Morphs pack for CC3, but if I'm not satisfied or if it doesn't work as I had expected it to work, am I eligible for a refund?
I mean I've already taken a closer look at the refund TOS and it seems like I won't be breaking any rules... thoughts?

i did a refund before. It must be within 14 days of purchase. Be sure to check the refund process first instead of sending emails to their support of which the delay will be included in that 14 days.

If you purchase content from the Content Store then you have 14 days to request a refund. When a refund is issued the content is then deactivated from your account.

Hello, this is  anoff topic but a relevant issue. The Essential face and body morphs which should've been included inside the Ultimate Morphs pack I bought was still labeled as trial products. As a result, I can't attempt exporting my character through GoZ or any other exporting options. Help, please?
