I an looking for content or work flow that will allow me to create silhouette animations. Suggestions?

I made this in about a minute using the output from CA4 fed into Adobe Premiere.  But you'll need some kind of video editor like that with the right tools (it only took a few seconds inside of Premiere to apply the right FX).

That would be how I'd go about doing it.

Actually, I've done this completely within CA4 - just turn the Brightness right down on your character in "Render Style" and it becomes a silhouette.
