I've watched a few tutorials on making morphs, and even made a simple morph that worked ok so i've got the basics of CC>GoZ>CC>make morph worked out.

In some of the tutorials they add resolution in zbrush (subD or dynameshing or whatever) ... how does that work when bringing the morph back to CC ? does CC just figure out how to conform the base mesh to the imported geometry ? Can I go into zbrush and make crazy changes with a high res mesh and expect to get some sort of decent result back in CC or are there practical limits ? I assume the topology of the base mesh never actually changes its just pushing points around ?
