Looking for Private Instruction

I am trying to learn Cartoon Animator 4 and I find that the tutorials and even an online class I signed up for just don't work for me. I suspect that I have to have a particular result in mind that resonates with me in order to benefit from the instruction, and I find the tutorials simply move too fast and assume too much prior knowledge. I am looking for someone to provide private instruction in a fairly specific project, i.e. creating a custom rigged character. I am willing to pay by the hour whatever is required. Can someone assist me?
